It is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is keen to build hands-on experience across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities

  • Deliver tax advice to senior stakeholders on a wide range of international tax matters

  • Support income tax provision processes for selected jurisdictions under:

  • US GAAP

  • Local GAAP

  • Oversee direct tax compliance obligations, including filings and payment requirements in certain jurisdictions

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware tax professional who is naturally curious, solutions-focused, and confident working in a dynamic international environment.

Ideal Profile

  • A strong problem-solver who can approach complex issues with confidence and practicality

  • Resourceful and proactive, with the judgment to know when to escalate or seek guidance

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Collaborative in style, with the ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictions

  • Organised and delivery-focused, with strong project management capability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

  • Accounting

  • Economics

  • Finance

  • Or a combination of both

  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous, but not essential

  • Experience with tax reporting under U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS is desirable, though not required

  • While this is primarily a direct tax role, the ability to identify:

  • Indirect tax considerations

  • Employee tax issues

is important given the breadth of the position

  • Strong ability to research and interpret tax law and apply it to commercial business transactions
