Knowledge Development Lawyer - Tax

DLA Piper is hiring an experienced UK tax professional to join its International Knowledge team as a Knowledge Development Lawyer focused on Tax. The role centres on shaping and delivering a UK-focused knowledge and thought leadership agenda that raises the profile of the firm’s tax practice, supports business development, and strengthens the technical capability of lawyers across the team. Working closely with the International Head of Knowledge – Tax, UK partner leads, fee-earners, and marketing and business development teams, the successful candidate will help define the UK tax knowledge strategy and align it with the wider firm approach. The role includes producing and coordinating client-facing insights, supporting campaigns and pursuits, maintaining internal knowledge resources and precedents, and ensuring lawyers are kept informed about key legal, regulatory, and commercial developments. The position also has a strong training and enablement element. The successful candidate will develop and support internal and client-facing technical training, update training materials, share best practice, and help drive adoption of the firm’s knowledge and technology vision within the UK tax team.
