KPMG is seeking experienced Technology Implementation Managers to join its Tax Technology & Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming how tax and accounting compliance services are delivered through cutting-edge technology, automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions.

The Opportunity
As a Technology Implementation Manager, you will support the implementation and adoption of KPMG’s compliance technology platforms across the UK and EMA firms. You will help clients improve global tax and accounting compliance through the effective delivery of innovative technology solutions.
This role will place you at the centre of large-scale Global Compliance & Transformation projects, where you will work with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful technology delivery from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a broad range of implementation and transformation activities, including:
Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business and client needs into clear, actionable deliverables
Gathering and translating requirements for technical teams to support successful solution design and delivery
Supporting business development activities, including:
proposal writing
client presentations
technology demonstrations
helping win new engagements and strengthen existing relationships
Advising clients and working alongside their project managers to deliver successful technology outcomes
Managing end-to-end implementation of KPMG and third-party technology solutions
Leading multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, activities, risks, budgets, and quality standards are effectively managed
Driving delivery excellence and agility, enabling rapid and secure go-to-market execution
Coordinating project teams, including offshore resources, to build and implement effective tax technology solutions
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should be able to combine strong delivery capability with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Essential Experience and Skills
Strong interest in, or experience with, tax and reporting technology
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven experience delivering technology implementation projects
Hands-on experience working with agile delivery methodologies
Understanding of tax and accounting processes
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, ways of working, and evolving client needs
Experience in technology change and transformation environments
People management and performance development experience
Preferred Background
Experience in tax or finance compliance
Familiarity with global compliance and transformation programmes
Additional Skills That Would Be Valuable
While not essential, the following would be considered a strong advantage:
Accounting or tax qualifications such as:
ACCA
ACA
CTA
or equivalent
Experience in business development
Involvement in the end-to-end sales cycle for technology solutions
Location and Flexibility
KPMG is open to speaking with talent from across the UK; however, preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to work 2 days per week from one of the core technology hubs for this role:
