About the Role

Tax preparation is about much more than completing forms. For many people, filing taxes is the single biggest financial event of the year — and often one of the most stressful. In this role, you will provide expert tax preparation services while delivering exceptional customer care every step of the way.

  • Respond to tax-related questions and provide timely future tax planning guidance

  • Collect and process client payments while ensuring timely deposits

  • Support local marketing and business development efforts

  • Help grow the business by increasing client retention and offering additional products and services

  • Work collaboratively with team members to support office priorities

  • Mentor and guide teammates, and in some situations act as a lead

This role involves regular access to sensitive and highly confidential information, so professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of business practices are essential.
