About the Role

We are looking for an International Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax team in London, with a particular focus on Pillar Two advisory and compliance.

Our international tax specialists work with a broad portfolio of large international clients, supporting them across complex cross-border tax matters. The team is heavily involved in helping organisations navigate every stage of their Pillar Two journey, from initial risk assessments and tax accounting to audit support, compliance, and resolving technical issues.

In this role, you will become part of a high-performing team that delivers both compliance and advisory services. What You’ll Be Doing

As an International Tax Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality advice and managing client relationships across a range of international tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients with international tax challenges, maintaining regular communication with client teams and coordinating internally to ensure effective delivery.

  • Provide clear, practical, and technically strong advice on a range of international tax issues, including:

  • Pillar Two

  • Tax relief on interest

  • Group reorganisations

  • Shareholder reorganisations

  • Tax accounting

  • Acquisitions and disposals

  • Broader international tax matters

  • Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up solutions that add real value to clients.

  • Support business development initiatives, collaborating with senior team members to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.

  • Build and strengthen your professional network, both with clients and within the wider market.

  • Partner with other departments, including:

  • Transactions teams on tax due diligence projects

  • Restructuring advisory teams on distress and insolvency cases

  • Coach and support junior team members, helping to develop capability across the wider team.

  • Continue developing your own skills and knowledge, embracing opportunities to deepen your expertise and broaden your impact.


What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-moving environment. You should enjoy solving problems, learning continuously, and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualification or part-qualification

  • Experience gained within an accountancy practice

  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax

  • Exposure to international tax advisory and compliance, including Pillar Two

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle a busy portfolio

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Experience with specialist tax software would be advantageous
