We are now looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our Midlands South West Tax team in Oldbury. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional seeking a role with real impact, strong progression prospects, and the chance to work on both UK and international matters.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with tax partners on a broad range of UK and cross-border advisory assignments, while also overseeing more complex compliance work for an established and varied client portfolio.
Your clients will range from owner-managed businesses to large corporate groups, giving you exposure to diverse technical challenges and commercial opportunities. You will also play an important part in business development, collaborating with colleagues across tax, audit and corporate finance to identify and win new work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Advisory & Technical Leadership
Lead UK and international tax advisory assignments, reporting directly to tax partners
Manage complex and higher-value compliance work for larger corporate clients
Support clients with strategic tax matters and project-based advisory work
Examples of Work You May Be Involved In
Group reorganisations
Demergers
Due diligence
International expansion projects
Financing arrangement advice
Transfer pricing reviews
R&D reviews
Capital allowances projects
Other tax compliance and planning initiatives
Client Relationship Management
Build and strengthen long-term client and intermediary relationships
Identify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe services, including:
VAT
Personal tax
Payroll taxes
Corporate finance support
Recognise areas where clients’ business processes could be improved and provide commercially relevant recommendations
Financial & Commercial Responsibility
Take primary responsibility for the financial performance of your client and project portfolio
Deliver work efficiently while maintaining excellent client service and technical quality
People Leadership Responsibilities
As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in developing others and contributing to the wider success of the firm.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant experience in Corporate Tax
Strong background across both advisory and compliance work
Proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Technical & Professional Skills
Solid understanding and practical application of:
UK GAAP
IFRS
Ability to analyse financial statements, source documents and related data quickly and accurately
Strong awareness of risk and the ability to identify and manage risk issues effectively
Commitment to delivering work to the highest standard
Personal Qualities
A genuine passion for client service
Commercial awareness and a drive to help grow the business
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines
Confidence to use your own initiative and make sound judgements
Desire to act as a role model and support the development of others
