Global Mobility Tax Advisor

Mammoet is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Advisor for a full-time Europe-based role supporting its international heavy lifting and transport operations. The position focuses on managing the tax, social security, and payroll aspects of cross-border employee mobility, helping the business deploy talent globally in a compliant and efficient way. It sits in a highly international setting and involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, leadership, and external advisors. The role combines hands-on operational work with advisory responsibilities. Key duties include advising stakeholders on international tax and social security matters, coordinating personal income tax filings for mobile employees, overseeing payroll calculations, handling tax equalisation settlements, and performing net-to-gross and hypothetical tax calculations. The successful candidate will also work with tax firms, embassies, social security bodies, and foreign payroll providers while reviewing vendor invoices and supporting process improvement initiatives. Mammoet is looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and around 5–10 years of experience in global mobility, international tax, or expatriate payroll. Strong knowledge of cross-border employment tax and social security rules is essential, along with experience in an international corporate environment. Candidates should be analytical, proactive, and able to manage stakeholders effectively, with excellent English communication skills.
