The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the intersection of legal operations, product expertise, client strategy, and solution design. One day you may be advising a tax partner on scaling AI adoption across jurisdictions; the next, you may be shaping internal product thinking based on customer insight.

Your focus will be to help some of the world’s most sophisticated tax, legal advisory, and consulting teams unlock maximum value from the Legora platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and product champion for clients navigating major changes in how professional services are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships
  Work closely with tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams to understand their challenges, solve complex pain points, and uncover high-value opportunities to expand Legora across teams, service lines, and jurisdictions.

• Own the customer journey end-to-end
  Partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to lead client engagement from early pilots through onboarding, rollout, and long-term adoption across large professional services organisations, including Big 4 environments.

• Represent the voice of the customer internally
  Bring insights from tax structuring, regulatory advisory, and legal consulting teams back into Legora to help shape product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.

• Deliver compelling demos and training
  Present the platform with confidence and clarity to a wide range of stakeholders — from senior partners to global advisory teams — and ensure users understand how to apply it effectively in practice.

• Develop scalable best practices
  Capture learnings from leading firms, document repeatable success models, and contribute to playbooks that help this function grow globally.

• Guide clients through AI transformation
  Support firms as they assess the ROI, competitive impact, and practical implementation of AI across service lines such as tax compliance, regulatory advisory, and multi-jurisdictional legal work.

What You Bring

You understand the world of tax and legal advisory from the inside — and you’re motivated by the opportunity to improve it.

You may have built your career in a Big 4 firm, within legal advisory, tax structuring, consulting, legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation. You may also have moved into legal tech or consulting, helping firms modernise the way they work.

Wherever you’ve come from, you know how advisory teams operate, where they struggle, and where technology can create real leverage.

  Ideally gained within a Big 4 firm or leading professional services environment, with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives.
