The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Associate Director, you will take a leading role in advising clients on sophisticated UK and international tax matters. You will help shape strategic solutions for a broad portfolio of investors, funds, and developers, while building lasting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead on complex tax advisory matters across UK and international real estate transactions

• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, developments, and restructurings in multiple jurisdictions

• Direct tax due diligence exercises, identifying material risks and recommending efficient structuring solutions

• Design and oversee tax-efficient structures for holding, financing, funds, joint ventures, and co-investments

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning tax planning with broader commercial and investment objectives

• Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a key point of contact for senior stakeholders

• Support ongoing compliance and reporting needs, including investor-related tax matters

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting technical excellence and career progression

• Manage multiple engagements and budgets, ensuring delivery is timely, high-quality, and commercially effective
