The Opportunity

We are seeking a Consultant – Accounting & Tax to join our Accounting & Tax Team in our Ho Chi Minh office.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance support in line with signed service agreements. Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant – Accounting & Tax, you will support the team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant services to clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Checking and verifying monthly vendor purchase invoices

• Ensuring invoices are fully supported by required documentation

• Confirming compliance with internal procedures, Vietnam Accounting Standards, and tax regulations

• Entering and controlling data in accounting software systems

• Preparing, printing, classifying, and archiving monthly accounting documents for senior review and sign-off

• Maintaining master files for assigned clients

• Handling dossier preparation and submission with authorities and banks

• Reviewing and analysing specific accounts and transactions regularly, then taking appropriate action

• Preparing and completing ongoing corporate tax obligations and commitments

• Producing monthly financial reports for review

• Ensuring all work delivered meets Acclime’s high international quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a Vietnamese university, majoring in Accounting

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role

• A strong interest in working in a Vietnamese accounting role within an international business environment

• Intermediate English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially:

• Word

• Excel

• PowerPoint

• Exposure to VAS-compliant accounting software

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Solid interpersonal skills, with the confidence to support and guide clients and colleagues

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative

• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities

• Analytical mindset, with experience reviewing issues and improving documents, templates, checklists, or procedures

• Ability to assess client results and make practical recommendations

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn

• Open to training and continuous professional development
