In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a broad and varied client portfolio

• Work across specialist tax areas, responding to evolving client needs and regulatory developments

• Collaborate with colleagues across BDO to provide joined-up business solutions

• Contribute to innovative approaches, including the use of intelligent technology and efficient delivery tools

• Develop lasting client relationships built on trust, insight, and consistent service excellence

Key Responsibilities

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting the continued success of the wider team.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

• Provide tax compliance and advisory support across a broad portfolio of businesses

• Manage a substantial client portfolio, including:

• client onboarding and take-on

• engagement management

• billing oversight

• recovery improvement opportunities

• cash collection

• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and introduce additional value-added services

• Monitor and escalate risk appropriately in line with the firm’s quality control procedures

• Lead large and/or complex projects with confidence and professionalism

• Work proactively and independently while maintaining strong collaboration with senior colleagues, Directors, and Partners
