You will be joining a highly regarded 35-person Tax team based in London, working with both corporate and private clients across a diverse range of sectors.

The team’s work spans both technical compliance and strategic advisory, offering exposure to varied and intellectually stimulating assignments.

Areas of Work Include

• Corporate reorganisations

• International structuring

• Transactions and disposals

• Partnership taxation

• Due diligence and structuring
