The Opportunity

As a Tax Advisor, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality corporate tax advisory services to a varied client base. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, work on diverse and complex projects, and collaborate with experienced professionals across the wider tax and advisory teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing corporate tax advisory support to a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups

• Contributing to advisory projects involving:

• Reorganisations

• Transactions

• R&D tax matters

• International tax issues

• Other complex corporate tax matters

• Supporting senior colleagues in the preparation and delivery of technically challenging tax advice

• Building strong client relationships through clear communication and consistently high standards of service

• Working closely with colleagues across the wider tax function and firm to provide integrated, practical solutions

• Keeping up to date with relevant tax legislation, market developments, and changes impacting corporate tax advisory work

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in delivering valuable client outcomes.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in corporate tax, with a solid understanding of UK corporation tax matters

• A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA — or be actively working towards one

• Strong technical knowledge and a clear enthusiasm for corporate tax advisory work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and colleagues

• A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage deadlines effectively and contribute positively within a team environment
