About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Tax Filing Specialist to join our tax operations team, supporting the LumaTax product for U.S. and Canada sales tax.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to build practical experience in tax compliance, learn from a growing team, and develop skills that can open the door to future advancement within the company.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our tax filing operations and helping ensure clients meet their compliance obligations accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and use tax return filings across multiple jurisdictions in the U.S. and Canada

• Organize and prepare client transaction data in line with established internal processes

• Support filing calendar management, including monitoring deadlines and schedules

• Identify and help resolve basic filing discrepancies as part of the return preparation process

• Maintain accurate records of filing activity for internal tracking and compliance purposes

• Handle a high volume of indirect tax returns, ensuring submissions are completed by required deadlines
