The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Tax Manager to lead and develop our tax function within a fast-growing global cybersecurity business.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with broad impact across the organisation. You will take ownership of tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement, while also supporting selected treasury activities. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors, you will help build scalable frameworks that support Netcraft’s continued international growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Tax Responsibilities
You will play a central role in ensuring Netcraft’s tax operations are robust, compliant, and ready to scale globally.
Lead the preparation and submission of global income tax returns
Review and manage indirect tax obligations worldwide, including:
Sales tax
VAT
GST
Withholding tax
Own quarterly and annual tax provision and reporting processes
Collaborate with external advisors on tax planning and compliance initiatives
Track developments in international tax regulations, especially those affecting SaaS and digital services
Support global expansion activities, including:
New entity setup
Transfer pricing matters
Maintain strong tax controls, documentation, and audit readiness across the business
Treasury Responsibilities
Alongside tax leadership, you will have exposure to the wider finance function through treasury-related responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day cash positioning and liquidity
Oversee banking relationships and account structures
Assist with capital planning, debt facilities, and funding strategies
Monitor and manage financial risks, including:
Foreign exchange exposure
Liquidity risk
Drive treasury process and system improvements
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Cross-Functional and Strategic Contributions
This role goes beyond technical delivery. You will contribute to broader strategic and operational priorities as the company continues to grow.
Partner with Finance leadership on planning and strategic decision-making
Help design and scale processes, systems, and internal controls
Support audits and act as a key contact for external auditors
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a practical, proactive approach.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of experience across tax and accounting
Previous public accounting experience is required
Strong knowledge of both US and UK tax regimes
Professional qualification such as:
CPA (US), or
ACCA (UK) strongly preferred
Preferred Background
Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite
Familiarity with broader financial systems and tools
Experience working within a technology business
Knowledge of indirect tax matters
