Join Netcraft and Help Protect the World from Cybercrime

Netcraft is a global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption, trusted by three of the world’s four largest companies and many major governments. To date, we have blocked nearly 200 million cyber-attacks and are responsible for taking down approximately 33% of phishing attacks worldwide.

Everything we do is driven by one clear mission: protecting the world from cybercrime. That same sense of purpose shapes our culture. We are proud of the talented people behind our success and have created an environment where individuals feel supported, valued, and inspired to do meaningful work.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to lead and develop our tax function within a fast-growing cybersecurity business. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with significant impact, focused on maintaining global tax compliance while supporting Netcraft’s continued international expansion.

In addition to tax leadership, this position will also contribute to broader finance operations through involvement in key treasury activities. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to establish scalable processes, strengthen controls, and provide strategic guidance across tax and treasury matters.

This role may be based in one of our offices in Lehi, Utah, Bath, England, or London, England.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Tax Leadership

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of global income tax returns.
  • Review and manage indirect tax obligations worldwide, including sales tax, VAT, GST, and withholding tax.
  • Take ownership of quarterly and annual tax provision and reporting processes.
  • Work in partnership with external advisors on tax planning and compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor developments in global tax legislation, with particular focus on SaaS and digital services.
  • Support international growth initiatives, including entity setup and transfer pricing matters.
  • Maintain strong tax controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.

Treasury Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity.
  • Oversee banking relationships and account structures.
  • Assist with capital planning, debt facilities, and funding strategies.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure and liquidity concerns.
  • Drive improvements in treasury processes and systems.
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls and financial policies.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Contribution

  • Partner with Finance leadership to support financial planning and strategic decisions.
  • Help design and scale processes, systems, and controls in line with company growth.
  • Support external audit activity and act as a key contact for auditors.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

  • 5+ years of experience across tax and accounting.
  • Public accounting experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of US and UK tax regimes.
  • CPA (US) or ACCA (UK) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite and other financial tools is preferred.
  • Background within a technology business is an advantage.
  • Experience with indirect tax is preferred.

Why Join Netcraft

At Netcraft, you’ll be part of a company with real-world impact, tackling one of today’s most important global challenges. Alongside meaningful work, we offer a supportive culture and a comprehensive rewards package designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally.

Rewards & Benefits

  • 33 days of vacation, including national holidays, with flexibility to work those days if preferred.
