This is a senior advisory role for someone who thrives on delivering proactive, intelligent tax solutions. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, oversee complex technical work, support the development of the wider team, and play a key role in expanding our service offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Tax Adviser, your role will include:

• Providing senior-level, proactive tax advice to owner-managed businesses and private clients

• Leading on complex advisory projects across a broad range of tax matters

• Advising on:

• Restructuring

• Employee incentives

• Share schemes

• Property structuring

• Succession and exit planning

• Inheritance Tax planning

• Trusts, Estates, and Family Investment Companies (FICs)

• Managing HMRC enquiries and helping clients navigate technical risk

• Supporting, mentoring, and developing a growing technical team

• Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of Gravitate’s tax offering

• Playing an active role in group-wide strategic growth

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, capable, and commercially aware adviser who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset.

You’ll likely bring:

• 3+ years’ post-qualified experience in a senior tax advisory role

• A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA

• Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses across:

• Corporate tax

• Personal tax

• Shareholder tax matters

• The ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships

• A natural talent for mentoring others and helping teams grow

• A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach

• A genuine motivation to create long-term value, not simply process compliance work

• A values-led mindset and a love of working collaboratively

Reward Package

We offer a competitive and transparent package designed to reward both performance and long-term contribution.

• Salary: £45,000 – £65,000, depending on experience
