About the Role

As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company’s tax strategy, overseeing tax compliance processes, and ensuring alignment with applicable state and local regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to support accurate reporting, minimize risk, and identify opportunities for tax optimization.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Designing and managing tax strategies to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

• Overseeing the preparation and submission of tax filings, including:

• Corporate income tax returns

• Sales tax filings

• Other related tax submissions

• Conducting tax research and monitoring regulatory developments that may impact the business

• Partnering with finance and accounting teams to support:

• Accurate financial reporting

• Effective tax planning initiatives

• Supporting tax audits and acting as a key point of contact for external tax advisors

• Establishing and monitoring internal tax controls and policies to reduce exposure and improve tax efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA or other relevant professional certification is preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in tax management or a related function

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated success in tax planning and compliance management

• Fluent in English

• Excellent:

• Analytical skills

• Organizational skills

• Communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Available to join immediately

• Willing and able to work in a WFO (Work From Office) setting
