Tax Senior

Xeinadin is hiring a permanent, office-based Tax Senior in Long Eaton to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality tax compliance services. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns, benefit-in-kind calculations, director returns, and associated filings, while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and professional standards are met. The position also offers some involvement in tax planning and advisory work, alongside proactive client communication within a collaborative tax team. The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships across sectors including engineering, printing, manufacturing, and travel, providing an excellent standard of service and identifying opportunities to add value. They will also support the wider team by acting as a line manager for junior colleagues, helping maintain compliance with legal and statutory requirements and contributing to the firm’s broader vision and values. Xeinadin is looking for someone with at least five years of UK practice-based tax experience, ideally covering both corporate and personal tax, with some exposure to advisory and planning work. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team are all important. Experience with Sage, Excel, and ideally a transition toward CCH systems is relevant.
