About the Role

Molson Coors Beverage Company is a global drinks business with more than 200 years of heritage, operating in over 100 countries and employing around 16,000 people worldwide. Its portfolio includes major beer brands such as Carling, Coors, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional, Blue Moon and Miller Genuine Draft, alongside a growing premium spirits offering. The company emphasises responsible drinking, sustainability and a people-first culture, with flexible working options available in many roles.

The Tax Transformation Analyst role is a hands-on position supporting a major digital tax transformation across the EMEA APAC division. The successful candidate will help move the tax function from fragmented local processes to a standardised, technology-enabled global operating model. Reporting to the Tax Transformation Lead, the role works closely with country tax teams, IT, vendors and transformation leaders, particularly in connection with the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, tax engine implementation, and broader digital initiatives such as e-invoicing, e-reporting and tax analytics.

Key responsibilities include supporting tax design during the SAP S/4HANA migration, carrying out fit-gap assessments, assisting with the implementation and optimisation of tax engines, and helping define scalable tax processes and automated controls across finance and supply chain cycles. The role also covers tax data and reporting requirements, indirect tax compliance capabilities, testing, deployment, training and post-go-live support to ensure new systems and processes are embedded effectively.

Candidates should have indirect tax experience, ideally in a large multinational environment, along with experience of ERP systems and preferably SAP. A strong understanding of accounting principles, process improvement, tax controls and cross-functional stakeholder management is important. The company is open to applicants based in several countries including the UK and a number of Central and Eastern European locations, and seeks someone with a professional tax qualification and practical systems experience.
